'Gandalf', Larry Koons Is the Riders Group Sergeant at Arms,
He is a First 18 Charter member and has many Duties as the SGT at Arms such as;
- Uphold rules of the VFWRG and keeps order at all meetings and events. Reports action of its member, who do not conform to rules of VFWRG or its sponsoring unit to the President.
